I had actually included this Fresh Faced discount code in my beauty round-up last Saturday but I figured it was worth a blog post of its own, especially for those of you that may have missed their initial mention.
Fresh Faced is a pretty awesome online store as it is dedicated to providing popular skincare products that are free of synthetic chemicals, parabens, phthalates and loads of other ingredients that shouldn't be in any beauty products.
Even better is that the above code may also be used on sale items to save even more. To give you an idea, I found the Parfum Botanique roll-on perfume on sale for $34 (reg. $46), which means it comes further down to just $27.20. I have to admit that this is the first time that I have ever seen a perfume in a roll-on format but the review alone is enough to make me want to try it:
These are great essential oil roll-on perfumes! I picked No.19, which has an amazing warm & sensual scent, and opens with an almost creamy chocolatey note, though it is not listed. The longevity is not as long (3-4 hours) as non-green perfumes, but that is to be expected with no chemicals.
It may not last as long as a commercial perfume but according to the description on Fresh Faced's site, that's actually a good thing. Toxic chemicals called PEGs are added to commercial perfume to make them last longer and while longevity is great, personally, I would prefer to do without the harsh chemicals.
Do you have trouble keeping your mind from racing? Then check out the Quiet Mind Serum, which comes down to $25.60 from a sale price of $32 (reg. $53). It's part of a short list of flower remedies available at Fresh Faced and this one specifically is designed to "relax the body and calm the mind". With the season change happening right now, I'm sure that it could be of benefit to many, especially since it features an all-natural list of ingredients like dandelion, passionflower, bird of paradise and a couple of others.
