Walmart Canada has a fantastic sale on toys right now, if you have not already noticed! I found this Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Magic Scan Market on sale from $39.97 down to just $15. Receive free shipping to your local Canada Post location or to a Grab & Go locker (greater Toronto area).

This sweet little toy is designed for infants a few months old up to around three years. However, kids up to age five or six may still enjoy this toy. The market comes with 30+ sing-along songs, tunes, and phrases. With lights and music, your child will find this market really entertaining and love playing with it. On the educational end of things, the magic scan market teaches letters A-Z, numbers, counting, colours, foods, and a bit of French too. Fisher-Price is the kind of creating both educational and fun toys for children.

Note: this IS the English model as the French version is twice the price! Speaking of price, I price compared this toy with other online retailers. Sears Canada sells the same scan market for $44.99. Amazon Canada has the scan market on sale for $39.95. Essentially, no one is even close to Walmart Canada's price so I consider this deal HOT!

So much fun.. Cute songs and phrases. The scanner is a lot of fun for my 8 month old and older kids who have been around. Cute!

This market includes five "food" shapes to scan and weigh. There is also the register and a light-up scanner.  When your child scans the food, they are rewarded by lights and music. This teaches children cause and effect. There is also a spinning roller, keys to press, and shapes to grasp in order to enhance fine motor skills.

Your child's new toy requires three AA batteries, which are included. However, you might want to make sure you have some extras on hand in case your child runs through those too fast. This should be an enjoyable little toy for your own child or to give as a gift.
