He's "bringing the fire like never before"
WowWee Now Makes a Fingerlings Dragon!

I might have known this would happen. We're only about three weeks away from Christmas, and there are even more Fingerlings coming out! They've added more narwhals, dolphins and even a surfing penguin to the interactive pet family, but there's one new creature that stands out above the rest: a dragon.

Vulcan is the only current Untamed Legends Dragon, and he truly is something special. You can move him in different ways to make him flap his wings and react with different sound effects. If you clap once, he'll screech and growl. Twice, and you'll activate his guard mode, complete with flashing lights and a siren.

He's a step above the original Fingerlings, so naturally, that comes at a price. This little guy isn't available at all toy and department stores just yet, but Best Buy has him on sale for $49.99, down from $54.99.

While $5 off might seem like a steal for a toy that was practically released yesterday, this is only the second-lowest price I've seen in Canada. Chapters Indigo usually sells Vulcan for $49.95, but they actually have him marked down to $37.50 this week! And I'll never say no to 25% off something like this ...

These little dragons are all sold out online at Chapters, but you might still be able to snag one in stores. There were only four still available in my city when I checked stores' online inventory this morning. So while you may luck out and find one in-person, you should probably get in your car and book it to the mall!

A few other Fingerlings are still marked down online at Chapters, including the Fingerlings Baby Dolphin, which is now $15 from $19.95, and the Fingerlings Hugs Narwhal for $30 from $39.95. Even a few other creatures from the Untamed collection are on sale, like this newish Fingerlings Untamed Snake for $10.

If you shop at Best Buy, know that shipping is free if you spend at least $35. Over at Chapters, orders over $25 ship free, or you can arrange to have most items delivered to a store near you for free.
