"It's Okay to Make Mistakes" Erasers for $4.50

Everybody makes mistakes ... but this might be the cutest way to keep that in mind. Etsy seller ThePencilBoutiqueCo created these little erasers that you can throw into loot bags, Secret Santa gifts or pencil cases on the first day of school for anybody who might need a little reminder.

Each one sells for $4.50 and will ship for free as part of a larger order. It's important to note that these are an add-on item, so you have to purchase at least one other thing from ThePencilBoutiqueCo's Etsy shop, where you can also find things like a Personalized Pencils Set. You can add up to 23 letters (including a few special characters) to each pencil – which is a great way to make sure your older kids take theirs home with them. And if you work in a school, this might help ensure the kids actually give back the pencils they borrow!

They also sell these Save the Date Pencils (from $13.56 plus delivery), which I kind of wish I had thought of for my wedding. I mean, who wouldn't want something practical that you can actually use? Plus, it'll remind you whenever you write – not to mention they'll make for great photo ops along the way.

If you're a teacher, these erasers would be the perfect thing to give out to your students on the first day – or as little reminders throughout the year to students who might need them. If you want to buy in bulk (and pick up anywhere from 10 to 100 erasers at once), you can shop this listing for a discounted rate.

But if you're feeling a little more crafty, you could definitely make something like these on your own. Walmart Canada sells this 24-pack of medium-sized Dixon Pink Pearl Erasers for $6.97. That's 29¢ each! Just add your own notecards and messages if you want to say something special with 'em.
