Here's how it all breaks down. You have to already have your own valid Costco membership to qualify for this deal, and you have between Nov. 11, 2019 and Jan. 5, 2020 to refer anybody you know. You'll have to physically bring your friend with you to one of these Costco warehouses and have them sign up at the Costco Membership Counter. Just show this page to the clerk before the transaction is completed.
When you do, you and your friend will each receive a voucher for $20 off a $100 online Costco purchase when they sign up for a Gold Star Membership.
