It's been snowing all morning long where I live, but I have to brave the weather to head home from work tonight ... and I'll probably make the most of that travel and swing by the mall, too. After all, Chapters is giving shoppers 20% off just about any $50 purchase! The only catch? You have to buy your things in-store.
Okay, here's the deal. Since this is an in-store exclusive, you obviously can't expect to add things to your virtual shopping cart, buy them and receive the discount. However, you can browse for items online and then see if they're available in stores – and, specifically, if there are any in stock at a Chapters near you.
Not everything will be available, but most items will qualify toward that $50 minimum spend. The one exception (besides gift cards and Plum Plus memberships) is American Girl dolls, sets and accessories. I'm pretty intrigued by this little Sublime Sips for Every Sign set that comes with cocktail recipes for every sign of the zodiac. It's even on sale for $9 from $18, and you know I can't wait to see what they say for Leos!
Of course, I can't go to Chapters without spending way too long exploring the stacks and searching for new books. I started Know My Name: A Memoir last week, and while it's a really heavy read, I definitely think it's worth buying. It's currently in stock online and in stores and will cover a large chunk of the $50 spend.
