I absolutely love free shipping deals because they provoke me to shop. Whereas I might not have gotten that amazing deal on clearance because the shipping threshold was $99, now I can get it and feel good about it because I didn't have to pay an extra amount of money on top of that great deal, making it a not-so-great deal.
