The Easiest Way to Book a Dog Sitter Online

When you spend as much of your time looking for flight deals as I do, you start to know your way around different airlines' websites. That's why I was pretty surprised when I scrolled through Air Canada's page and found something I'd never seen before: details about their partnership with Rover.

Now, if – like me – you've never heard of Rover before, here's a quick summary. They're a service that runs "North America's largest network of five-star pet sitters and dog walkers" that can watch out for your pup the next time you're away on business or a family vacation, which is perfect if you don't already have a kennel.

And even better than a kennel, Rover will let your dog stay right at home or in a similar environment. You can choose from a few different service options and either select dog boarding (where your pooch stays at their sitter's home) or house sitting, where the sitter spends the night, weekend or month at your place.

Dog walking, daytime care and drop-in visits are also available, and things get even better if you travel often – especially for work. Air Canada for Business members receive a $30 credit to Rover upon signing up for the service, and you'll earn one Aeroplan mile for every dollar spent on Rover services. All details are online.
