FedEx International Economy Shipping and FedEx International Priority. This should cover just about all of your friends and relatives around the world.
Shipping rates will vary depending on the weight and size of your parcel of course, but thanks to this FedEx Holiday coupon you won't have to worry about the shipping costing more than the gift. I know when shopping online you can purchase an item and send it directly to your gift recipient, but perhaps you made something for your friend or bought something from a local shop that doesn't ship.
