2x Applebees Gift Card Deals ($40 for $50, etc)

applebees

Here are a few deals for those of you who live near an Applebeesrestaurant and want to make a bit of a saving the next time you dine there. I’ve been browsing around, and I found a few different offers if you are buying gift cards to use on your next visit. You can save at least $10… and I am sure there are a few Mooser families who eat at that particular chain of restaurants.

Deal #1: $60 for $50 via Groupon

This is a Groupon deal and if you buy a $50 Applesbees gift card, you will get a bonus $10 gift card on top of that, making it a total of $60 to spend there. I checked the fine print on the Groupon and it states that the gift cards are valid in the US and Canada. The $50 gift card never expires but the bonus $10 expires at the end of February 2015, so you might want to make a note of the short time frame on this one. This Groupon is delivered to your email, so you can just print it out and use it.

(Expires: 1st January 2015)

Deal #2: $40 for $50 via eBay.com

Even though this item is being sold on eBay.com, you don’t need to worry about untrusted sellers – it’s actually being sold by PayPal digital gifts. You can get a $50 Applebees gift card for $40 there. It says US only at the top, but it’s via an email delivery and the fine print says it is good in Canada as well, so there shouldn’t be a problem:

Usable up to balance only to purchase goods or services at any Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar® in the U.S. and Canada

That’s a 20% saving on your gift card purchase! :)

(Expires: 1st January 2015)

I know that Applebees restaurants are not everyone’s cup of tea. I was asking Moose author Kristy about the popularity of Applebees as I don’t actually live near one and I’ve only eaten at Applebees once in my life. While she’s from Quebec and doesn’t have an Applebees near her, Kristy says:

They're known as a great place for quick appetizers and a drink for happy hour in the states.

How about you? Do you like Applebees?
