Need a printer? Then today only, you can get the Canon Pixma MX552 all-in-one printer on sale for $49.99 at Future Shop. It was originally priced at $129.99. With the $7.75 environmental handling fee, this printer comes up to $57.74 before tax. You will also get it shipped for free as Future Shop automatically ships all orders over $25 free of charge.

This is an all-in-one printer, which means that it can print, scan, copy and fax.

One of the main specs to look at when choosing a printer is the printer speed. The Canon Pixma MX552 prints at a speed of 9.7PPM (pages per minute) in black and 5.5PPM in colour. For just $50, this is actually quite fast!

To save on paper, you can also set it to automatically print on both sides.

This printer has built-in Wi-Fi, which means that all you need to do is plug in your Wi-Fi password it and then you will be able to quickly and convenient print using your network.

Cloud printing will also allow you to print directly from your smart phone. Least you think this isn't a handy feature, it actually really is. Every morning, I check my e-mails using my iPhone and very often, I get a printable coupon from stores like The Children Place. So instead of having to re-log into my e-mail on my laptop, I just open the printable coupon on my phone and print it using the cloud service -- much less hassle this way and no worries about potentially forgetting to print the coupon on my laptop!

Price comparing, I found this same printer for $59.99 at Best Buy and London Drugs. The Source is selling it for $69.99. Reviews appear to be somewhat mixed but here's one that sums up this printer's functionality well:

The MX532 is a great printer for light home-office use. It has very good quality prints, scans very well, and faxes reliably. As another reviewer remarked about the previous model (MX-522), you "don't need at Ph.D. to use it." Wireless set-up was a snap and after downloading the drivers and programs from the included CD on two laptops (one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 8), wireless set up for each took 30 seconds.
