The Source Canada: Nikon CoolPix P530 Only $299

The Source has a cool deal going on for the Nikon CoolPix P530. It is on sale for $317.99 with a regular price of $369.99, but if you add the coupon code TSP530, your price will go down to $299.99.

Of course I spent some time price comparing and researching and found this bundle from Costco for the camera, plus a few other items for $394.99. It is a good deal if you want the SD card and gadget bag, although you are essentially paying $94 for those two items, which doesn't make any sense to me. Best Buy also has the camera on sale for $329.99, but The Source's price still beats it. Vistek also has the CoolPix camera on sale, but for $375.99 and it is out of stock. As you can see, The Source has the best deal.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, DSLR camera with zooming capabilities, you've come to the right place. This camera has 42x optical zoom and 84x dynamic fine zoom. It has the vibration reduction technology that gives your photos a clear look, even if your hands are a little shaky. I get excited taking photos too! I recently bought myself a new Nikon camera, although it is a far more expensive one, as I need the option to change lenses. This one doesn't let you do that, but if you don't care to, I'm going to say this is a perfect camera for you. It has so many features you'll need otherwise. I think the Nikon brand is solid and I've never been disappointed in what Nikon delivers.

What most cameras are coming with these days is the ability to shoot 1080p full HD video. I wish I knew that before I bought my handy cam, as there is such a thing as having too many electronic devices with you. When my son had a play at his school, I had with me: my DSLR, the telephoto lens, my handycam, plus my phone so I could take a photo or video and immediately update it on my Facebook page. How nice it would be to just carry one recording device and be done with it!

You can get free in-store pick-up or you can get it shipped to you for $4.99.
