The Source Canada has the best deal on a brand new iPod Touch. The Touch usually costs $229.99 on The Source's website and it is now on sale for just $189.99.
So I did a little price comparison because Boxing Day deals often get pretty competitive. Apple sells the iPod Touch for $229 so anything under that is a sale. Currently both Best Buy and Future Shop have the iPod Touch 16GB 5th Gen (same unit) on sale for $199.99. Future Shop is currently sold out but all that doesn't really matter. You can save another $10 by buying your new iPod Touch at The Source instead.
You can get it shipped to your home for free because The Source is currently offering free shipping on purchases of $20 or more. I just added the iPod touch to my cart and it said (when i scrolled down): "Your current order qualifies for FREE Standard shipping."
Since Apple products don't often go on sale for very high discounts, $40 off Apple's price is a pretty sweet on a new Touch. This is only for the black, 5th generation (newest), 16GB version.
