Originally $129.99 it is now on sale for $44.99 with $0.99 shipping.
So I seriously have no experience in this. I haven't rebuilt computers since i was fifteen and interned as an assistant computer technician at the physical location of an online school. Back then I could trouble-shoot, take apart, and then fix desktop computers. Did it need a new floppy drive (OMG I am old), I could do that. So I know pretty much that this is a video card. I also read somewhere that this is supposedly professional grade. For all the DIY your-own-computer-ers out there this could be very useful so I decided to risk showing my ignorance (the huge mass that it is) and post this deal.
With only $0.99 shipping this deal certainly won't break the bank either for the video card itself or getting it to you.
