I've mentioned Focalprice.com a few times on Bargainmoose, and I have also bought from them a few times too. They are a Hong Kong based company, similar to Dealextreme.com. Focalprice are very popular and reliable, and the free worldwide shipping makes for some excellent deals. You wouldn't have to worry about customs or duties too, as this item falls well below the import thresholds.
Shipping can take a while though, you could be talking 3 weeks to a month. If you're planning on getting this for Christmas, I wouldn't rely on it arriving on time, but it would be a bonus if it does.
UPDATE - the day after I posted this deal, the price went up from $.99 to $2.26. It's still a great bargain, in my opinion.
