I've lived in Canada for 15 years and had never heard of Cleo until I received a skirt from my sister-in -law. Now, I LOVE their clothes. The quality is really nice, the styles are great and the sales are awesome. I might just have to get the Peacock Sparkle Tee!! Only complaint against Cleo is all the staff at my local store are RUDE, especially when doing an online return!!
