I want to introduce you to a new to Bargainmoose website called The Reading Room. The Reading Room is just what it sounds like, a place to read. Here you can download books to read on your e-reader, but it is much more than that. It is also a community, where you can find out about new books, great books and join book clubs and discussions for free. You can also read chapters of books for free, so you can decide if the book is for you before you purchase.
There are so many handy features on The Reading Room. It is very simple and free to create an account. I did it in 30 seconds. After that you can add books you are currently reading and rate them, so other readers can decide if that's a book they want to read. There is a bookshelf and a wishlist so you can add books you have read or would like to read as well. Create yourself a 2014 reading list because reading more books is a very important resolution that everyone should resolve to do. You can even challenge yourself to read a certain number of books in the year.
Once you've done all that, head over the book club section and start or join a book club where you can discuss books or categories of books. This is all free too.
If you want to buy books, what I love about this site is that you can preview the books first, without having to stand awkwardly in the aisles of Chapters. You can read a whole chapter of a book and decide if you want to continue with it and spend the money buying it, or forget it. I've bought and borrowed so many books that I did not like within a chapter, but once you've spent that money you almost force yourself to read the book and waste your time. Now you don't have to.
