Is it just for carrying new born?
It is not for carrying at all. It is a hoodie that goes OVER your baby that is already in a carrier. I also would avoid this sight, seems to be one of the overseas ripoff sites.

Oh dear, I ordered one off eBay and it was horrible quality . There was a 2 inch difference in the zipper pockets on the sides. Material was bad too. Also shorter than expected. Just fyi. Beware.
