At Blockbuster when you buy any two used Blu-rays valued at $9.99 each or more, you will get one for free. This promotion runs from January 31st to February 27, 2011. You can also buy 2 regular DVDs and get 1 for free on titles $6.99 and up.
You can get some really great used Blu-Rays on the cheap. I don't buy used DVDs, but my husband does and it is a good way to save money if you have a large collection. I have a small and very select collection so I like to get new... I'm just odd that way. I think my husband has like 90 used DVDs, most of them from Blockbuster. Now he is upgrading to Blu-Ray.
