I recently moved from London, Ontario and notice that they have a deal on Marble Slab, which just so happens to be my favourite ice cream place. For $20 (with a regular price of $39.90), you'll get two key lime or butter pecan pies or one picnic pack. Add the coupon and you'll pay only $18. I'm going to assume this deal is available in a lot of the other cities on Groupon.
Toronto has 117 food and drink deals. I am now living in closer proximity to Toronto and will probably go there at least a few times a year to go out to eat. While Sugartiers is actually located in Markham, I couldn't resist checking out this deal for one dozen assorted macarons or cake pops. There are so many food deals available, with everything from Poutine to fine dining to cupcake to Indian. I think I could get all of the Groupons. And really, I could. It forces you to go out, try something new (or get a great deal on an old favourite). If I could eat for a living, I would, but I write instead and that's second best.
