I know summer is dying down and it is getting you depressed. Why not cheer yourself up with a Halloween costume? While it isn't sunscreen, margaritas and swims in the lake, Halloween is a nice second choice to summer. Groupon has a fantastic deal on right now, getting you $40 worth of items at CostumeSupercentre.ca for only $20.

Halloween is huge in the Webster household and not just for the kids. My husband is a huge fan of dressing up and one Halloween, I actually had to stop his marathon 2-hour makeup session so the kids could actually get ready and go trick or treating. We also love decorating our house and yard for the occasion, but I feel bad for the kids who come to our house thinking they'll get some good candy because both my husband and I are too excited to take the kids out that we don't stay home to hand out candy. I do leave a bowl by the door but I usually find it completely empty by the time we get home so either some lucky kid got rich or I just really had a lot of kids.

My family loves to do themes when it comes to costumes. For example, one year we were all scary and last year we were all plays on words like "cereal killer and candy rapper". This year, I'm not quite sure, but I bet I could get some great ideas from Costume Supercentre.

What's really cool about them is that they ship from Canada, which I believe they are the only costume store to do so. This means no duties and custom fees and you know you won't be waiting until Christmas to get your order.

It looks like you can only buy one of these deals for yourself and one as a gift and you must use the full amount in one transaction before the end of the year. It also says it can't be used with any other promotions, but I'd be very interested to see if it would work with any of the coupons we have listed here.

Shipping is free when you spend $80, which you still could with this certificate, you'll get your $20 off no matter what you spend over $40.
