Amazon Canada: Extra 20% Off Costumes For Prime Members

Remember on Sunday when Anna told you why you should sign up for Amazon Prime? Well, I've got another reason for you. If you are a member of Amazon Prime, you'll get an extra 20% off all costumes on their site. Some of them are already on sale and you'll see the extra 20% off at checkout.

I've got two costumes down, one to go for my boys and since I have Prime, I am totally taking advantage of this sale to get my oldest what he wants. Amazon has the costumes organized into groups so you can very easily find exactly what you want or browse the categories that interest you.

My youngest loves Batman and has since he was a baby. There is just something about the Dark Knight that kids look up to and you can tell them with all the Bat Dad videos proliferating the internet lately. This child's catwoman costume is super cool and I would have loved this as a kid. Regularly $38.99, it is on sale for $27.35 for size medium. Adding it to your cart, you'll see it discounted to $21.88 with free shipping if you have Prime. This costume sells for about $35 - $40 at Canadian costume stores.

Do you also remember when Anna and Brooke told you about the inflatable T-Rex costume? Anna's price was $99.99 minus coupon and Brooke's price was $85. Well, Amazon's got that well beat at $63.02 after all discounts.

Note that when I was adding costumes to my cart, I didn't see the discounted price unless I was signed in and after I went to the shipping options. But, then it stopped showing me the discount at that point and said "see the order summary for the price after discount". I really do wish all discounts were shown before I went through the entire checkout, but I did at one point see the discounts, so you are good to go knowing you are getting the extra 20% off.

Remember, when you have Prime, everything you buy ships for free. There is no minimum!

I'm always wary of ordering from any seller that is not amazon.ca. The couple of times that I did, delivery was really bad. For example, it took almost a month to get a few pencils from a seller in the US.

All the above deals are from Amazon Tricia. We always make this clear in our posts. :)
