Sign Up For Your Free 2016 Calendar @ Canadian Wildlife Federation (EXPIRED)

14 January 2016

'Tis the season for free calendars, and the first free calendar that seems to have launched is the Canadian Wildlife Federation's 2016 Calendar. Simply sign up to be a CWF member for free and you will get a 2016 wildlife calendar with beautiful pictures of exotic and rare animals.

I received this free calendar for 2015 and I love it. The pictures are phenomenal and always start a conversation when I have guests over. Nobody believes that I got the calendar for free! Actually, I think I donated $1 or something last year, but it is for a good cause and I probably would have donated without a free calendar incentive. Anyway, you can opt to donate or you can opt to support them at a later time and get the calendar for totally free if you prefer.

Calendars are great for many reasons. I actually use more than one. I have my free wildlife calendar in the kitchen where I mark doctor's appointments, birthdays, meetings and such. The calendar in my office marks bills to pay, and my little pocket calendar stays in my truck so I can mark down anything I need to transfer to my home calendars. Rolling into September is a great time for a new calendar so you can keep track of all the upcoming school year activities as well. You may become overwhelmed with field trips, play dates, soccer games and more. Your calendar will be by your side to keep you organized, and you really can't complain when you are getting it as a freebie.

Just a heads up that you may receive quite a number of emails after you sign up. I have a "spare" email that I use for freebies and promotional e-newsletters. I suggest you do the same. That way there you avoid any spam type email frustrations. If you are anything like me, you hate having that red little icon on your iPhone's email app. I can't stand it.

If you do choose to make a donation when you receive your calendar, just know that the proceeds all support educational and conservation programs for wildlife in Canada. The calendar is even education and will teach the entire family about animals you may have never heard of before.

While I do agree that this is a great organization, last year I signed up to get a free poster from their site. I never received the poster, but I did get bombarded with emails asking me to join their membership/give donation etc. Just be prepared for the marketing onslaught!

Hi Lori! That is why I suggested using a spare email :) Thanks for the heads up!

Wow! They were in stock just a few hours ago. Sorry about that Matt! Keep your eyes peeled for more free calendars :)
