Microsoft Canada Store: $200 Off 13" HP Pavilion X2 + Free $25 Gift Card - Day 9 of 12 Days Of Deals

The Microsoft Store's 9th Day of Deals is bringing all of us $200 off the 13" HP Pavilion X2 touchscreen laptop and you also get a free $25 Windows Store app gift card.

Regularly priced at $899.99, you can now get the HP Pavilion touchscreen laptop for $200 off at just $699.99. Though I had no luck finding this same exact laptop elsewhere, I did however find an 11" HP Pavilion x2 notebook for $649.99 at Amazon.ca. Microsoft's one on the other hand, features a slightly larger screen, Intel Core i5, 4GB memory, a 128GB SSD and up to 8.5 hours of battery life.

Since Christmas is right around the corner already (next week!), this touchscreen laptop could actually make for a great gift idea, especially with its reduced priced. But hurry because there are high chances that it sells out quickly (Microsoft's previous days of deals all sold out within a mere couple of hours). Alternatively, two other touchscreens have been reduced in price for the duration of the 12 Days of Deals as well: the Samsung ATIV Book 5 Ultrabook at $599 (reg. $899) and the 15.6" HP Pavilion TouchSmart for $499 (reg. $699). Both of these also come with a bonus $25 Microsoft gift card.

A couple of days ago, I wrote about the Microsoft Store's third day of deals, during which the Boombotix BB2+ bluetooth speaker was reduced by 50% off. It just so happened that I actually ordered it for friends of mine and surprisingly, I received it as fast as 24 hours later! Considering how we're smack dab in the middle of the holiday season, shipping that fast is actually much welcomed because personally, there are quite a few purchases I made from other online stores over a week ago that I have yet to receive. Plus, the Microsoft Store also ships all orders absolutely free with no required minimum.
