Future Shop Canada: Save $50 On Nintendo 3DS

28 July 2011

Save $50 off Nintendo 3DS at Future Shop until 31st July, 2011.

You can choose from black or aqua blue for $199.99 (reg. $249.99). There is a limit of one per household.

The 3DS has a 3D screen and 3D depth slider so you can adjust the effect of 3D, even turning it off if you wish. There's also a motion and gyro sensor, two screens, a 3D camera and more!

The 3DS is getting rave reviews, like this one from Rich,

You really gotta see the 3D for yourself to truly believe and appreciate its magic. 3D without glasses is a reality and this system proves it! If you don't like 3D, you have the option to turn it off or adjust it to your liking. I personally love the effect and would recommend people buying the 3DS. You can play music, browse the web (starting in May), shop online for classic gameboy games (also in may), take 3D photographs, and even play old DS games on the system. I give this device a five out of five! Truly revolutionary.

You'll get free shipping with this order since it's over $20. Thanks to robotafterall on our Canadian deals forums!

Just a note. The 3DS will be priced dropped to $169.99 August 12th. The futureshop 30 day price drop policy should take care of that if you purchase it early.

People should wait for August when Nintendo will drop down the price of the 3DS to around 169.99$ (in the US, but most likely in Canada too). http://technologizer.com/2011/07/28/nintendo-gets-desperate-will-drop-3ds-price-to-170/

Please note that according to Ars Technica the price of a 3DS is dropping in August, so you might want to wait: http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2011/07/3ds-drops-to-16999-in-august-early-adopters-given-free-games.ars

It is already 169.99 at Costco. You can try PMing with Costco to get 166.99 at Best Buy but will need a receipt or picture for verification
