I'd reckon that they only have a limited supply per store, so I would get in there early to make sure I got a free pair of sunglasses. There will also be the opportunity to enter a contest for a $250 spending spree, you probably have to give them your details for that one.
While you're in there, they're probably hoping you'll spend some money too. I can't find a listing of any of their latest promotions online, and I have only just joined their newsletter today, so I cannot tell you if there is anything in particular to watch out for.
