I spotted this deal in my local Sears flyer and it does not say that it is an in store only deal, in fact it shows that you can order by phone or on the web. However, online you can see the deal here, but the price has not been discounted to 50% off yet, it's still showing as $399.99.
I've had the KitchenAid Classic Mixer for over 10 years now and it still works as great as the day I got it. If you do any amount of baking at all, it's definitely worth buying.
