There's nothing more precious than a new family member, and I can't blame parents who want to capture as many memories and keepsakes as they can while their babies are still little.
But when it comes to preserving handprints and footprints, things can get messy – which is why I was so stoked to find this. Baby brand Pearhead makes a ink pad kit that you can use to DIY some baby print art without getting stains everywhere. In fact, your baby doesn't even have to touch the ink at all!
The kit usually sells for $9, but Amazon Canada has it right now for $7.99. It comes with a clean-touch ink pad and two footprint cards (which you can also use for handprints, if you want).
It's made for newborns and big enough to accommodate feet or hands up to 3.5 inches long and 2.25 inches wide. The product description says you should be able to get two uses out of it, but a lot of reviewers mention that they were able to get five or six prints out of the kit. Just make sure you work fast!
To avoid getting ink on your little kiddo, make sure you read the instructions carefully and apply the correct side to their feet or hands. The set will ship for free from Amazon.ca as part of a $35 order.
