Check out the Atari weekend sale at Humble Bundle. Save up to 75% on Atari games including Ghostbusters, RollerCoaster Tycoon, Test Drive Unlimited, and more.

First, let us go with game titles I recognize. RollerCoaster Tycoon has been around since I can remember, and you can score a great deal on several different games. All games you buy from Humble Bundle come with This RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Triple Thrill Pack is on sale from $9.99 down to $3.99. The previous edition is a bit cheaper: RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe is on sale from $5.99 down to $2.39. Now, if you are a true Tycoon fan, you probably own both these titles already but you might not own the latest. RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum is now on sale from $19.99 down to $7.99.

I price compared directly with Steam where these games retail for:

  • RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Triple Thrill Pack: $10.99
  • RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe: $6.49
  • RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum $23.99

There is a slight difference in currencies: Humble Bumble charges USD where Steam charges CAD. However, even with that difference, the Humble Bundle prices are substantially better.

If you want the ultimate cool game where people call on you for your special set of skills, then try Ghostbusters: The Video Game on sale from $9.99 down to $2.99. The same game on Steam costs $10.99. Reviews on this game are very positive. Most reviewers see this game as the equivalent of the third Ghostbusters movie that never was. With voice over by the original actors and animation using the original character's features, this game will feel like you are in the movie. As one reviewer said:

This game IT'S the third Ghostbusters movie. You have the original cast, a good story that follows the previous movies and a good gameplay that lets you enjoy it.

There are plenty of other games on sale as well. Yars' Revenge was $9.99 and is now $2.49. Test Drive Unlimited 2 is certainly a game I would like to play. I really enjoy racing games - probably because I love the cars so much. Originally $19.99, the game is on sale for $4.99. The same game costs $21.99 on Steam.

This is a great sale for picking up some Atari games. The prices are better than they are on Steam right now - up to 75% - and the sale is on for a couple more days.
