Homemade Pizza Crust Pizza Docker Tool, $13 @ Amazon.ca Marketplace, Seller Orblue

We usually make home made pizza once a week or more. It's so much easier than a person would think! It doesn't take long to throw the crust together using the Fleischmann's 30 Min. Pizza Crust Recipe, and Fleischmann's RapidRise or Pizza Crust yeast. I feel like I'm cheating because I use a bread machine on the dough cycle, to mix it up. We double this recipe and make one large cookie sheet pizza. (Less time consuming than working on two round pizzas.)

One issue that we have from time to time is that that the dough rises up in spots and bubbles up, cooking unevenly.

I'm pleased to discover that there's a solution! The reviews are really informative for the Orblue Dough Docker, and the reviewers of the product are sold on this pizza docker. One reviewer mentioned you could use a fork in a similar manner, but that it would take a lot longer. This looks like it will properly prep the pizza dough quickly and efficiently, and for that reason, I'm sold!

The price is half off of the listed price, now selling for $13. (This is more of a specialty item that you will not see readily available, and the product is well worth the price.)

We use Primo brand pizza sauce in the squeeze bottles, along with some caraway seeds, pepperoni slices, pineapple, green peppers, mushrooms, grated parmesan cheese, and mozzarella if we have any on hand. To serve, we sprinkle the pizza with Frank's Red Hot sauce and dip it in some jalapeno ranch dressing as well.

We want to know here at Bargainmoose what some of your favorite homemade pizza toppings are, so make sure to post in the comments!

Shipping is free on orders over $25 on eligible items, otherwise shipping starts at around $4.
