Membership is easy and free. You sign up at their website for emails. You will then receive occasional emails from partnered 'green' companies. Better yet: like them onfacebook and you will receive instant access to a ton of 'green' companies: their freebies and promotions.

My experience: I signed up to their email a bit ago, and haven't received much yet. So I checked out their facebook and there is a whole bunch of deals on there. I don't have children yet, but in a few years I plan to. Eco-friendly organic products are a big deal to me, and I think I will be getting good use out of the Greenmommy Canada community! I've been told that it may take a month or so for the offers to start coming through to you.
