Planning to rock kicks at your wedding? I know a few brides who did, and they all loved their decision to stay away from the traditional high heels. In sneakers, they stayed comfy all night, and it even gave them the chance to personalize their shoes. One of my cousins actually painted hers in rainbow colours!
But even if you're looking for something a little more simple, you can still personalize your shoes. I just found the coolest wedding shoe stickers on Etsy, and you can order your own from just $10!
There are a bunch of different sticker options to choose from (and they're all handmade), including ones that read "Bride" and "Groom" or "Wifey" and "Hubby." You can select either white or black text and one of two different sizes – and you can even personalize some of the stickers with your wedding date or names!
The shoes are obviously not included with your order (these are only $10, after all), so you have to apply the sticker decals to any sneakers yourself. They're intended for canvas-type shoes like Converse or Keds, and the seller includes written and video instructions for how to transfer them to your kicks. Shipping is $4.50.
And if you're not the bride, I also found bridal party wedding stickers, with custom options for the maid of honour, bridesmaids, the best man and the groomsmen. So why not grab some for everybody?
They're made by Calgary-based Etsy seller TieTheKnotShoppe, which also makes a TON of other wedding accessories and trinkets. I took a quick look at their page and stumbled across these Ring Pop Favours you can give the entire squad at an engagement party, bachelorette or bridal shower. They start at $2.25, which is actually pretty reasonable, considering you can customize a label to go with each one!
