Essie Expressie is the Nail Polish You NEED

Let's get real for a second. There's no way I can keep up my biweekly shellac manicures all year long. For one, they're expensive, and heading to the salon every two weeks just takes up too much of my time. So I might go back to at-home manicures for a little while. I just need to find a polish I actually like.

I can't stand how long it takes my nails to dry when they're not placed under a UV lamp, and don't even get me started on how messy things get when I try to paint with my non-dominant hand. You think I would've gotten the hang of it over the years, but I still don't have the same steady hands as my manicurists.

While I can't promise you'll get salon-quality nails, I did just stumble across something that might be able to help solve those two problems. Expressie Nail Polish by Essie is quick-drying, and it has a newly patented angled brush that can supposedly make painting with your left (or in some cases, right) less of a challenge.

They have a few colours in stock – although that might be an understatement. I can't wait to try one called "Checked In," and there's a merlot shade named "Notifications On" I NEED ... even for the name alone.

It looks like most of the reviews are from influencers who received a bottle for free, but I still took a look through what these beauty bloggers had to say. It looks like the product does exactly what it promises. Even with multiple coats, your nails should be dry in a matter of minutes – and the angled brush makes manis a little easier. Plus, a few commented that their polish didn't really chip, even without a base or topcoat.

Orders over $50 ship free. While you might be able to find these polishes somewhere else, I'm all for scoring extra PC Optimum points whenever I can. Besides, Shoppers has a few newly marked down luxury beauty products, including the Korres Golden Krocus Ageless Saffron Elixir, which you can pick up for $65.
