The Best Cyber Monday Deals on Vacuums

Including the lowest price we could find for the Dyson V11 Absolute
The Best Cyber Monday Deals on Vacuums

If there's one thing I desperately need and should have looked for on Black Friday, it's a new vacuum. Luckily, some deals haven't ended yet, and there's a whole slew of Cyber Monday promotions out there. So if you're in the market for one of your own, you might want to hurry. After all, many of these sales end tonight!

Shopping for any household appliance can be a little overwhelming, and vacuums are no exception. There are just so many brands and models to choose from – and even though most of us accept Dyson to basically be the industry standard, those cord-free vacuums can get pretty expensive. You'll find the absolute lowest prices on refurbished models in the Dyson Official Outlet on eBay, but what about other brands?

To try to narrow your search a little, we decided to compile all the best Cyber Monday deals on vacuums in one place. Sure, these aren't anywhere close to ALL the vacuum sales out there, but these ones are absolutely worth a look. We consistently found the lowest prices at Walmart, but Best Buy, Amazon, Costco and Home Depot are all running similar promotions on most of these cleaning machines. So what do you have to lose?

Bissell Proheat 2X Lift-Off Upright Carpet Cleaner

I figured we might as well list everything in alphabetical order, so in case there's a specific model you have in mind, you can just jump right to it. And for the purposes of this guide, that means we'll start with something from Bissell. While they obviously make all kinds of vacuums, I wanted to highlight one that's $100 off.

The "2X" in its name doesn't refer to twice as much cleaning power or anything cheesy like that. It actually references the fact that you can use this carpet cleaner for both upright cleaning and as a portable deep cleaner to tackle stains on your stairs, upholstery or car seats. Walmart has it for $289 from $399.98!

Dirt Devil Razor Bagless Upright Vacuum

I don't blame you if you've never heard of this specific vacuum before. I obviously know Dirt Devil, but this was a new model for me. But since Walmart has it for just $99.98 from $159.98, I figured it was worth a little bit of a closer look. And if it sells out, Best Buy has this vacuum for the same price until Dec. 5.

It can clean both carpeted and hardwood floors without you having to move parts around and completely reconfigure the entire vacuum – and that's always a win in my books. You can also detach the 10-foot cleaning wand to reach your ceilings and all the nooks and crannies on a staircase. It's pretty powerful, too.

Dyson V11 Absolute Cord-Free Vacuum Cleaner

Okay, you knew there had to be at least one Dyson on this list! While honestly just about every Dyson vacuum has been on sale at some point this weekend, I wanted to focus on this particular model, because it's already being named one of the best vacuums of 2019 by a few tech bloggers out there.

I'm not going to pretend this is an incredible deal by any means, but it's been near impossible to find the Dyson V11 Absolute on sale anywhere in Canada. However, I managed to track a few down on eBay for about $883.27 shipped each! They're available a third-party seller (that isn't the official Dyson outlet), but they do get pretty great reviews from other users. Just hurry if you want one, because there are only seven left!

Hoover Powerdash Pet Compact Carpet Cleaner

If, like me, you live in an apartment and don't have much storage space on your hands, this could be the carpet cleaner for you. This model is apparently more powerful than comparable lightweight carpet cleaners, and it's specifically designed to clean up pet messes ... which is perfect if your puppy isn't housetrained yet.

One thing I really like about this cleaner is that it's built with something Hoover calls "HeatForce power" and will help whatever space you're working on dry pretty quickly. It also has a removable nozzle that you can actually rinse and scrub to get rid of any buildup and yucky stuff from all the spills and messes you clean.

iRobot Roomba 960 Robot Vacuum

Alright, I'm pretty sure Best Buy still has this Roomba for the same price, but I definitely saw it at Walmart for $549.98 from $599.98. And while $50 off might not seem like a steal, I can tell you I don't think I've ever found the iRobot Roomba 960 for anything lower in Canada – and not even on Black Friday.

It's an official Roomba, so this thing does the vacuuming for you! It will self-navigate from room to room then recharge itself and resume cleaning if and when it runs low on battery life. This nifty little gadget will loosen, lift and suction dirt throughout your home, and all you have to do is schedule "maid service" through an app. Now, if only this thing could take care of the dishes and fold laundry, too. I'd be set!

Oassar Cordless Handheld Vacuum

Let's face it. You can do everything except a deep clean of your home with a handheld vacuum, and (besides a dish cloth or Lysol wipes) mine is probably the thing I rely on most to take care of messes in my kitchen. So if you don't have one yet or you're shopping for a new one, Amazon has this Oassar model for $35.97!

I know you can't put much stock in those "Amazon's Choice" labels right now, but this is easily one of their bestselling handheld vacuums – and it's marked down from a regular price of $65.99. This teeny vacuum has a built-in lithium battery and all the attachments you need to tackle stains and spills just about anywhere.
