(BUMP - it's on again)
Chemistry.com is one of those online dating sites, and it’s part of match.com. This weekend, they are offering free communications for the members, meaning you can contact anyone through their site, and you won’t be charged for it.
As far as I am aware, this type of site usually charges you before it allows you to communicate with any possible matches. The free communication weekend lasts until Sunday the 18th of October 2009.
I tried to join up just to see what it was like, in filling in their questionnaire. Beware, it’s very long, so only sign up if you really are interesting in using their dating service. I gave up when I was 50% of the way through the questionnaire. However, it was an interesting one – most other sites just bombard you with questions, but this questionnaire also had more interesting things, like image based questions. One that stood out was the “which one is a phony smile” image question!
