I couldn't find this dollhouse at any retailers in Canada but I did find it at a couple places in the United States. The cheapest I found the dollhouse there was for $69.99 and with the exchange rate that is certainly well above Amazon Canada's price.
This is a pretty wicked dollhouse. It has nine rooms, a solarium, a winding staircase, and extra storage space. It also has sound effects! The dollhouse features realistic sounds from phone rings to doorbells and can play fun songs and lullabies.
