This sounds like a silly question, but does the bottle that you bring in have to be full or partially full?

I have no idea! When Bath & Body Works did this the bottle could be empty - they didn't care.

Ladies.... a bottle is 'a bottle'.... [exchange ANY bottle shampoo bottle] ;) If still not sure bring two, one empty and one half-full! ;)

The bottle can be ANY brand - even Pantene Pro V! it can be full or empty but no travel sizes allowed. This is a fantastic opportunity to try Fekkai... i tried it last year and I will never use another shampoo brand again!
