Newegg is having a flash shell shocker sale on the Microsoft 200 keyboard, now only $6.99, regularly $19.99.
There isn't too much to say about this keyboard except that I have the exact same one. The keys are functional, normal and black. It also has a USB port, Windows start button and 10-key pad. It is simply a very affordable keyboard for your computer.
My thoughts are that even if you don't need a new keyboard, you get this one (or up to three if this is your pleasure), as it will make a great back-up keyboard when the one you have inevitably has a problem. I've had a number of keyboards and something usually goes wrong with them - drinks spilled on them, something sticky inside them, letters rub off, keys fall off, or in a fit of rage you chuck it when your internet keeps going down. Ok, the last one has never happened, but I have thought of it when I'm trying to get my work done and my internet shuts off and on repeatedly. I do not recommend keyboard abuse though.
I also love that there is free shipping on this item, since there is not much worse than having a really hot deal for under $10, but free shipping is only available over $100 or it is more than the cost of the item.
I'm going to assume this deal won't last long, so pull out your credit card and get to buying this before they sell out or the price goes back to $20.
