The photo of these Huggers Salt & Pepper Shakers is a little deceiving. While you see whole pepper in the photo of the product, this item cannot in fact ground pepper. It is a solid piece of ceramic and can't grind the pepper. These would make a fabulous Christmas gift or even a wedding gift, but I just want a pair of these adorable spice shakers for myself. I paid much more than $2 for my current shakers and they are just ordinary. Though I once had that adorable Chef salt & pepper shaker. I wonder what ever happened to that. Oh well! Now I will have a set of these adorable shakers so I don't have to worry.
