Everytime I click on the link to buy a book it goes straight to checkout with no quantity chosen? Does that mean the books are sold out?

just to let you know it's 19.99 us dollars not canadian when using this site i got my credit card bill and they charged us-cdn exchange

Is there anywhere that this book can be purchased in a store as opposed to online? Regardless of the book being sold out, I am just curious where one might go normally to get one if they were in stock.
