I think this deal is so popular because a lot of people want to get new footwear, apparel or accessories when they buy a new bicycle so this will save them on those purchases.
The qualifying bicycles do vary in price depending on what you are looking for. A huge bonus is that there are some great bikes on sale that also qualify so you will save on the bike and get the rebate if you get one of those. These sale bicycles will only be on sale until July 8th and since this rebate deal has an unknown expiry, it would be best to shop sooner rather than later.
