This is actually not news to me. I can't have too many beverages or things with 'fake' sweeteners like aspartame in them. I use to be really into diet pop but after a couple weeks I always get really bad indigestion, stomach problems and an increase in my headaches. I use to chew gum to suppress appetite but it would always give me a headache. I figured it was the stress on my jaw as I have TMJ. Now I wonder if it was the aspartame in it. So I am going to give Pur Gum a try! I look forward to trying the Pomegranate Mint flavour.
