Yesterday I was sitting on my deck and was very grateful for the umbrella I had because it was a cooker here in Ontario. I had sat in the sun at ribfest, sweating profusely and was glad to come home and sit in the shade and read. I spent quite a bit of money on my umbrella when I bought it last spring because I didn't see any deals like this out there.
There are two colours left in this umbrella - yellow and hummus sand. Yellow is a gorgeous, bright colour that will liven up any outdoor space. Hummus sand is the opposite and I would say it is basically beige. Whatever your taste - lively or subdued - one of these umbrellas should work for you.
This umbrella is quite large around and will cover quite a bit of space. It has a non-rust aluminum pole with a three-position tilt (something my umbrella does not have and I wish it did!). It also has a crank operation and a polyester fabric that will withstand the elements. Just don't leave it up in a storm unless you want to see it crash through your neighbour's window. We've left ours up in some bad storms after not realizing our children have played with it (kids!) and all of the fabric ripped through. My lovely in-laws sewed all of the rips for us and it is now good as new. If it wasn't, I would be jumping on this deal.
