Paleo Network Freebie: 3 Free Paleo Living eBooks

Paleo Network Freebie: 3 Free Paleo Living eBooks

**Before starting any diet, consult a doctor. If you're taking dieting tips from BargainMoose, consult a psychologist. You have something deeper going on.

Remember the last time I spoke about free fitness eBooks, the ones from NerdFitness? Remember how scared I was of Tony Little back then? Well, I'm still scared, so I suggest picking up three more fitness eBooks, this time on paleo living, lest Mr. Little eat your family.

Again, I kid, I joke. Tony Little is awesome, and don't you forget it!

Here is another free eBook thing like the one I mentioned in the Intro. Basically, the lady who runs this Australian Paleo website wants you to sign up for her newsletter. You can, of course, unsubscribe from her newsletter, but it has some pretty cool stuff in it, so you might as well stay on. Regardless, the eBooks are free and you can keep them even if you never go to the site again. The books are:

  • The Definitive Paleo Food List
  • A Week of Paleo Recipes
  • Paleo Guide to Australia
I've read most of the second book and a bit of the first. They are both very informative. I did look at the third one, but since it's Australia specific it had a lot of info I couldn't use. I really liked A Week of Paleo Recipes though. It's a great way to get started if you're a bit scared about the whole concept.

To sign up and get the books, go to the website and find the "Get Two Free Paleo eBooks!" section on the right hand side. Sometimes you'll get a pop-up when you first visit telling you about the offer. If you get it, you can sign up there. I know it says two, but you get three. Not sure why. You can also buy some of her other books if you are so inclined.

The website itself has a lot of great info but, for me, it has a bit too much tree-hugging hippy crap. Again, that's just me. If you want a recipe for homemade men's deodorant, you can get it on The Paleo Network. The site does have some really good recipes though, so I'll be going back to get those for sure.

Oh, and if you want the recipe for home made woman's deodorant, here it is. Check out the original article for recipes for solid deodorant and men's deodorant. Get our your Witch Hazel, people!

  • 5 teaspoons of distilled witch hazel
  • 5mls (0.17 fluid ounces) of vitamin E oil
  • 10 – 20 drops of geranium essential oil
  • 10 – 20 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
  • 5 drops of clary sage
  • One small spritzer bottle

(Expires: Never)
