I just came back from Edmonton where gas was hovering around $1. My friend gassed up while I was there with him and he got his gas for 99.4 a litre. Yet, I return to Vancouver Island where our gas costs 121.9 just for regular. I may be dating myself, but I remember when it was in the 40-cent range regularly and a gas war between two gas stations took it below 40 cents.
