I'm sure they are selling the 2012 model of this stroller to get ready for the 2013 models, but in my opinion if it was good enough last year, it is good enough for me. I've saved so much money buying last year's model of things like my vehicle, my cell phone, and even my stroller, and I didn't even know I could be missing something.
This stroller has all the bells and whistles like four recline positions, a deep storage basket, and all-terrain, foam-filled rubber tires for a very smooth ride. I think those three features are three of the most important features for a stroller. The second seat has all the features of the first, so sitting in either seat is a pleasure and no one fights. The handle is adjustable, so 6' Dad isn't hunched and 5' Mom doesn't get tired arms. There are also a number of great colours to choose from.
