Every month Chapters issues a new coupon code for 10% off your order when you spend over $50, this code usually excludes electronics though. Chapters also has weekly codes for 15% off or free shipping either during the week from Tuesday to Thursday or for weekends, Friday to Sunday.
Shipping Savings
Getting free shipping on your order is easy. When you spend over $25, you’ll get your entire order shipped right to your door for free. If you only need 1 or 2 items, Chapters offers the option of having your order shipped to any Chapters Indigo location free of charge.
If you’re not happy with your order, you have up to 30 days to return your items either by mail or in-store at any Chapters, Indigo or Coles store.
Plum Points and iRewards
At Chapters Indigo you’ll find not one, but two rewards programs to help you save money.
Let me start off be telling you about Plum Points. It doesn’t cost any money to join, you get 250 plum points just for signing up, and you collect 5 points for every dollar spent. You’ll also receive bonus rewards on your birthday & plum points sign-up anniversary, get invited to exclusive events, plus you’re able to redeem your points either online or in-store.
Next we have iRewards. It costs an annual fee of $35 to be a member, but the perks are pretty great. You’ll get personalized recommendations from Chapters Indigo, in-store you’ll save 10% on all book purchases & 5% off almost everything else. You’ll also get discounts when you order online or through the Indigo app, with an extra 5% off all books.
