Run away from this company! We were the recipients of a completely frozen bouquet. The delivery date was two days AFTER we received the flowers. We suspect the box was left in the delivery van for two days. I made mutiple calls on three different days trying to rectify the problem only to be cut off several times. The toll free number only applies to stateside and when the stateside provides you with a 1-877 # and it fails to connect. Never did receive a call from customer service and it was impossible to get through. We finally shared the entire saga with the people who sent us the bouquet, and said they should phone and get a credit on their credit card.
