    I purchased this wagjag and put an order in for flowers with my flowers have not been delivered and it has been over 3 days! I tried to call the number provided, no answer and their mailbox was full! I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing this coupon to take caution.

      The jerk behind is David Lach who also owns a flower shop in Illinois called the Enchanted Florist. I bought a similar voucher thru SwarmJam for my stepmothers birthday on May 18th and to this day she still has not received anything.
      As you mentioned, the phone number and emails on this site are indeed useless, but here is the number of his business in Orland Park – 708-226-9866. I actually talked to him once and he promised to have an upgraded arrangement delivered that same day, but by now it’s quite obvious that he is unreliable and dishonest.
      Other sites that belong to David are and
      Complain as much as possible and get his online businesses off the internet. So many people have still not received their flowers for Mother’s Day and by the sounds of it, they never will. To me, this is nothing but a scam and his sites should be shut down.

    I placed this order for flowers for mothers day 5 days ago and its now 3:16 pm on Mothers Day and my flowers to my 96 year old grandmother have not been delivered. This is awful. The website says there is a system crash but all prior orders placed for Mothers Day would be delivered. Not true

    Glad it wasn’t just me. I ordered back on Monday for mothers day and it’s now 7:30pm and my mother has still not received her flowers. I get the same B.S. message when I go to the web site. No answer on the phone number!!!

    Ordered 2 order of flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day and not one of the orders showed up! Totally disappointing!! I ordered from WagJag by May 8th so there was plently of time for the order to be processed.

    I placed an order for the Mother’s day deal on May 7th and it is now a week later and the day AFTER Mother’s Day and my Mother in-law has still not received her flowers. Like everyone else, I checked the website and saw the msg stating there was a crash + I called the number provided with my order and it keeps saying the mailbox is full. I cannot understand how this happens – if you as a company are going to put out a groupon, especially one for a holiday like Mother’s Day you MUST anticipate you are going to get a ton of traffic/hits etc and be well prepared for it because now I will NEVER use top100florist in the future and anywhere I can I will place bad reviews for their customer service. This is completely unacceptable!

    DO NOT ORDER this deal! I also ordered this deal to be delivered on mother’s day and they never showed up. I’m beyond upset and totally embarassed as this was my gift to my mother and it was a no show!

      Same here… ordered for Mother’s Day and the ordered never arrived. They are not responding to emails or voicemails at all. This seems to be a scam.

    Anyone who ordered flowers from top100florists should call their phone number today. Instead of stating their mailbox is full there is a gmail account that has been set up inquiring all flower orders. I e-mailed them my 2 account numbers but I am not too sure what they are planning on doing about their HUGE mistake. And I wondering if the flowers willever be delivered!

      The email address to contact top100florist is and in the subject line place your 4-digit order confirmation number and they will supposedly let you know the status of your order with the ‘local’ florist. I just submitted my email so we’ll see what happens.

    Hey guys! I just called wagjag cause i was havng the same problem. their customer service reps are awesome! they got my account sorted out and canceled the order really quickly. At least wagjag is on top of fixing it. email responses seem to be slower, but calling them is super fast. their help line is 1 855 492 4524

      Thanks for the posting the wagjag number. I’ve been trying to contact top100florists since Saturday at 12:30 when my order also failed to arrive. Bunch of scammers, I fear! Too bad, I’ve been wagjagging for a long time and never had a problem.

    Sooo fed up with WagJag and a few other sites and the companies they deal with. I tried to get some info on using my coupon over a week ago and no one responded. Then I placed an order on a Wednesday for Saturday delivery… it’s Monday and still no flowers!!! Of course there’s no 1-800 # so now I’m making a long distance call to get a machine that says all flower orders have been sent to the local florist… WTF. I looked online and see Top100Florist was on several sites before mother’s day … they were probably flooded with orders BUT did they expect not to be? Sticking to GROUPON from now on.

      Don’t bother calling top100florist, they don’t pick up. I have tried for the past week and it just keeps ringing… their answering machine comes on and it just says its full. I am just waiting for wagjag to provide me with a refund.

    I bought a similar voucher for top100florist (more like top 100 ripoffs) from Swarmjam, and ordered flowers for Mothers Day on May 7, nothing received as of May 15, and same story, can’t get ahold of anyone at top100florist just like everyone else. On top of that after complaining to Swarmjam, they only offered half my money back for the voucher, because they said the vendor had already been paid. What is that?? Sell me a bad voucher and not completely refund it? Never use Swarmjam or top100florist again. The top100florist website should be shut down if it’s a scam, I notice they still have their sales operating on Apparently they are still able to take more orders, just not fill the ones they have. I guess that’s how their ‘server crash’ worked.

    We placed two orders in two separate provinces, one was delivered and the other was not. I don’t believe this is a scam as many have been posting on various sites. This is probably just a company that wasn’t able to meet the demand. Unfortunately it may be hard to recover.

      Wagjag has awesome customer service so try them. If all else fails try going through your credit card company.

    I just wanted to join the chorus of people who ordered, but did not receive, flowers from . I have never received such terrible service in my life. I ordered flowers for my mom a week before mother’s day and arranged for them to be delivered Friday or Saturday. When she hadn’t received them by Saturday night, I tried contacting, but as previously mentioned the voicemail is full. I texted, emailed, and called the company several times without receiving a reply or apology for this massive fail.

    After seeing the message that all orders were with the “local florist,” I actually called all the local florists to see if I could track down the florist tasked with the order. Surprise, surprise: None had even heard of this company.

    Then eventually I complained to WagJag and they refunded the order — and rightfully so because it’s now almost a week past mother’s day and I still have received no reply or explanation.

    I would NEVER use top 100 florists again! Even though they stated that your credit card would not be charged when placing the order on their website and even though the voucher number was entered, I was charged!! Just saw it on my cc statement, and of course cannot get ahold of them!! Very expensive flower deal!!

      yes, Wagjag was awesome with refunding the money right away. We ordered two vouchers and neither got delivered and we got a full refund for both. Just call them and they will do it right away.
