It doesn’t take long too spend over $100 once you start looking. My order subtotal was $114. After the discount, shipping/handling and taxes, it totalled $150.11. Not too bad, since ordering online is my only option.

Thanks so much for this! Really annoyed that they don’t offer discounts to Canadian consumers! Most US retailers that ship to Canadians offer the same discounts as US customers.
I agree. I have massively reduced what I purchase from them because of their bias towards their US market, and have complained to them about this. There is no reason for this – particularly since they have Canadian stores they could ship from.
